Lecithin
Lecithin is a type of lipid that is included in a wide variety of foods, including egg yolks and soybeans. Egg Lecithin, Soy Phospholipid, Lecitina, Soy Lecithin, Ovolecithin, Soybean Lecithin, Vegilecithin, Vitelline, Vitellin, and a number of other names are also used to refer to this substance. It is not known for definite whether or not lecithin may successfully treat any type of medical issue. The FDA has not given its blessing for the use of this product in any medicinal capacity. It is not a good idea to substitute lecithin for any drug that your primary care physician has recommended for you. As a dietary supplement, lecithin is frequently made available for purchase. Many herbal compounds do not have any controlled production standards in place, and it has been shown that some supplements on the market are tainted with harmful metals or other medications.
